Richard Serra was a Contemporary artist best known for his monumental metal sculptures that warp and curl to create elaborate and all-encompassing spaces. This poster, signed in marker by the artist, comes from a 2003 exhibition of four new sculptures by him at Gagosian Gallery, NYC titled "RICHARD SERRA: Wake, Blindspot, Catwalk, Vice-Versa". The work featured prominently in this poster is "Blindspot" and was made of weatherproof steel, measuring 14 x 75 x 46 inches (4.2 x 19 x 14 meters). Photograph by Dirk Reinartz.
