Charles Cobelle is considered a true member of the original School of Paris. His paintings are reminicient of his mentors Marc Chagall and Raoul Dufy. This is a colorful scene of the Arc de Triomphe and environs. The painting is signed lower right and is in a beautiful carved museum frame.
