The simple title of this piece, "Conflict Between Cat and Child", really doesn't do justice to the story being told here. This woodcut by Francisco Amighetti shows a boy with a face covered in scratch marks eye to eye with a hissing cat, ears backward and tail fluffed. This hilarious piece is signed, titled, and numbered by the artist in pencil.
