In this rendering of a small town in the countryside, Nicky Watanabe depicts a President's Day parade featuring people on horseback, members of a musical band, and even presumably President Woodrow Wilson. Circling around a central flag pole with the American flag, the parade continues through the town while a train pulls into the station and the sky is filled with airplanes, hot-air balloons, and blimps.
