The composition places a tall, slender alabaster vase at center against an intensely warm red-orange textured ground, with large yellow leaf or petal shapes floating around it and a black crescent moon in the upper left corner, the whole framed in red-marbled resin — a work in which Mediterranean warmth and minimalist form converge.
