The artist who created this monotype managed to render in only black and white a pair of incredibly realistic potatoes. The light seems to be reflecting off the surface of the spuds and they contrast sharply against the black background on which they sit. This monotype is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist and floated nicely in a dark wood frame.
